The Lisbon Pathology Update | 4th Edition is a surgical pathology course held every two years, intended for both pathology residents and those specializing in specific areas of the field. This year, it covers topics from five impactful areas in clinical, medical, and surgical practice: breast pathology, gynecologic pathology, hematopathology, uropathology, and pulmonary pathology. The focus is on the evolving diagnostic challenges arising from advances in medical science, particularly in the field of molecular diagnosis. Additionally, it addresses clinical-pathological approaches to less common entities.

Presentations from different specialties are delivered by a group of pathologists from the Department of Pathology at MD Anderson Cancer Center (MDACC) in Houston. Dr. Cesar Moran, head of the thoracic pathology department at MDACC, is part of the organization of the Lisbon Pathology Update and has been involved in all editions of the course since 2017. The rest of the team comprises pathologists of recognized international prestige: Dr. Jeff Medeiros, Dr. Kanishka Sircar, Dr. Nour Sneige, and Dr. Anais Malpica.

The case presentation should last 10 minutes for subsequent discussion and debate.
In the presentation you must indicate:

• your name,
• theme of the clinical case (breast pathology, gynecologic pathology, hematopathology, uropathology, and pulmonary pathology)
• diagnosis of the case.
