The Lisbon Pathology Update 2nd Edition is a specialization course in pathological anatomy.

 In 2019 we are going to be focus on five pathology areas:

• Oncology mammary pathology
•  Dermatopathology, especially melanocytic and lymphoid lesions
• Gynecological Oncology Pathology
• Less frequent haematological lesions of the lymph node
• Pathology of the lung interstitium and neuroendocrine neoplasms of the lung

Theoretical presentations of pathological anatomy will be handled by pathologists of the MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, resident staff, who will dedicate a morning to the presentation of clinical cases of major difficulty.

There will also be interventions from different areas of pathology, through lectures eminently clinical, with a view that optimal medical information is one that is produced in an integrated way.

Once again, it is emphasized that the discussion and sharing of diagnostic difficulties of both clinical and morphological aspects are the best way to optimize clinical decision making.
